Free LinkGather WordPress Plugin



This plugin for WordPress shows you how to export the web addresses for all your blogs articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

LinkGather Plugin

Now you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Step by Step Guide


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different offerings available for you:

Click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, however check here instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option read more also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
